GROUNDING AT THE BEACH

I highly recommend beach grounding. It is something I practice continually. Beach grounding is powerful because the earth's natural energy helps calm and restore the body. When your bare feet touch the sand or your skin meets the shoreline, your body absorbs the earth's negative ions. These ions help neutralize stress, reduce inflammation, and rebalance your nervous system. Also, the rhythmic sound of the waves, the sun's (in moderation) providing healthy Vitamin D for the body, the salty ocean air and the open horizon work together to quiet the mind and slow the heart rate. Beach grounding brings you back into your body, back into the present moment, and reminds you to breathe. It's a natural reset to your system that reconnects you to peace.
